Especially designed for use in limited space enviroments. This Dual adjustable Pulley features a central adjustable stack with 2 arms which can be rotated or and angled.

Heavy duty, fully adjustable selectorised machine. Single Weight Stacks provides equal resistance and symmetrical muscle training/development.

The DAP is designed to allow the user to work a large number of muscle groups and perform a multitude of different exercises. Muscle groups worked by the machine vary according to exercise performed.  Some users like the dual  ‘pressing’ / ‘pulling’ action that can be accomplished by placing the handles close together.  this is a function not available on a crossover due to the separation of the cables.
