Both the Recline and Upright are non-impact and are effective for losing weight / cardiovascular exercise. The main difference is the comfort level involved whilst achieving this goal.

The new 600 series now features convenient holder for cup/phone and as well as adjustable rake of main seat the back rest is adjustable for angle to find the most suitable position for users.
