The Pro Independent Chest Press allows isolated independent exercise for Pectorals (chest muscles), Deltoids (shoulders) and Triceps (back of upper arms). The exercise is a superior action and requires use of the smaller stabiliser muscles. Why using 2 weight stacks users can ensure equal loading to each arm or in the case of injury reduce resistance to weaker limb.
