Plate Loaded Pullover – £1199.95

‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.

Where possible we keep a small quantity of this range of gym equipment in stock at the Gymwarehouse Warehouse, (black seats on Silver/Grey framework). Other colours/packages are available built to order , (in a colour of your choice). Machines are available to view in our showroom.

The ‘Strike’ range is a perfect choice for those requiring a balance between resistance machines and free weights.

The extreme duty machines are all plate loading and function via fulcrums, bearings and pivots. This results in a range which has no cables and is very low maintenance. For those who are used to training with Lifefitness Hammer Strength this is the range to pick. Several of the heavy duty machines in the range are of ISO design offering independent limb exercise.

The Plate Loaded Pullover allows the user to work their latissimus dorsi muscles. These are the muscles that extend from your armpits down to the lower back and hips. The Pullover also engages your triceps and your pectoralis major muscles.  Adjustable Gas strut seat means the Pullover will accommodate a range of users while 2 large loading points mean heavy resistance can be achieved.    The pullover also comes with 4 spigot olympic weight storage points.

We constantly strive to upgrade and improve our product so some items may vary slightly from images depending on model and year/series.

Having visited gyms who have previously had one of these machines we have observed that the Pullover also makes a great triceps exercise.  The grip bar can be used facing the machine and triceps extended pushing the bar downwards – Great Burn.
