Iso-Lateral Plate Loaded Chest Press – £1229.95

Plate Loading Chest press enables user to exercise pectoral and triceps.  User operates from seated position for maximum convenience.

Take a Flat Bench Press, now think of undertaking the same exercise in a seated position.  This is basically the principle of the Plate loaded flat becnh press.  The Plate loading range on chest machines also do not have a solid bar in front of the user so not only are they easier to enter but also safer.  With no bar in front of the user heavy workouts can be undertaken with less demand for a spotter.

‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.

Where possible we keep a small quantity of this range of gym equipment in stock at the Gymwarehouse warehouse, (black seats on Silver/Grey framework). Other colours/packages are available built to order, (in a colour of your choice). Machines are available to view in our showroom.

The ‘Strike’ range is a perfect choice for those requiring a balance between resistance machines and free weights.

The extreme duty machines are all plate loading and function via fulcrums, bearings and pivots. This results in a range which has no cables and is very low maintenance. For those who are used to training with Lifefitness Hammer Strength this is the range to pick. Several of the heavy duty machines in the range are of ISO design offering independent limb exercise.

Targets the pectoral and tricep muscles. For those wishing to exercise specifically either the upper (Incline) or lower (Decline) pectorals the Incline and Decline Plate Loaded Chest Press is also available in this range.
