Plate Loaded Supported T Bar Row – £789.95

‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.

Where possible we keep a small quantity of this range of gym equipment in stock at the Gymwarehouse warehouse, (black seats on Silver/Grey or White framework). Other colours/packages are available built to order , (in a colour of your choice). Machines are available to view in our showroom.

The ‘Strike’ range is a perfect choice for those requiring a balance between resistance machines and free weights.

The extreme duty machines are all plate loading and function via fulcrums, bearings and pivots. This results in a range which has no cables and is very low maintenance. For those who are used to training with Lifefitness Hammer Strength this is the range to pick. Several of the heavy duty machines in the range are of ISO design offering independent limb exercise.

Some users prefer standing T bar row, others prefer supported.  Well of course, Gymwarehouse has both options. The Plate Loaded Supported T Bar Row allows the user to perform back exercises to strengthen and work the back muscles together with the shoulder and arm muscles.  Padded thigh and chest supports allow for comfortable operation. A long plate spigot means large weights can be loaded for heavy bodybuilding workouts. A popular choice for many gym users!  The machine features adjustable feet and arm position to accommodate various user sizes.  Alternative hand grip positions offer variation on the excercise while dual rubber rest stops allow for either left or right hand preference uses.
