The Seated Tricep (Flat) is designed to target the Triceps (back of upper arms).

Like the other stock machines from Gymwarehouse the Triceps is sturdy, robust and offers excellent adjustment for various users. Seat height incorperate gas strut assist for fast and convenient adjustment while the stack is located immediately adjacent to user thus allowing a change in resistance without leaving the seat area.  Resistance is varied throughout the range of motion via the Power Cam.
