Heavy duty selectorised Donkey machine in our ‘Sock’ Pin Select / Selectorised / Pin adjust range.

Used whilst learnt over, weight supported on hips, the Donkey Calf Raise will exercise the Soleus and Gastrocnemius (calf muscles).  Our Donkey Calf Machine has adjustable height for different users and thick comfort pads.  The standard stack is sufficient for most gyms but can be increased if requested.  Great for working thoses calves and a good variation for athletes who find seated calf raise uncomfortable.  Strong hand grasp handles mean upper body can be held rigib throughout the exercise.
